In addition to this yearly chore, my immediate superior would from time to time request information about what I had done with this project or that project and other miscellaneous information. This whole process became a drudgery so I developed this program. I began to be able to find more easily information which I had put into this program and print it out.
You may never need to defend your work results, but you can easily track any business related information in this program - and be able to find it again.
E-Mails 
Many e-mails are unimportant and many be deleted after being read. But what do you do with those e-mails that you want to keep - for whatever reason? And what do you do with e-mails that you have sent to others that you want to track? Many e-mail programs have means to save both sent and received e-mails and that is good. They are saved in the internet provider and not necessarily accessible when you want them, however. They also may not be easily searched and found again. How would you like to not only keep e-mails sent or received but be able to search for a word that exists in one or more e-mails? And then be able to print out all e-mails that you have thus found? You can!
Phone Calls 
I have never had occasion to use the program for phone calls - but they can be a special category all their own and used as needed or desired - or just as easily deleted!
Meetings 
I have a business meetings that I need to create agendas for - easy to create in this program creating a Category like Business and a SubCategory like Agendas. Since the note is kept by date and as well as the heading I can find these agendas by either means. And once found, I can print them off as many copies as I need for the meeting. Keeping track of minutes of a meeting is as easily done.
Passwords 
To keep a place for all of your passwords!
Recipes 
I was working with the internet one day and found some recipes that I wanted to keep. I did a copy and pasted it into a Word document - and then remembered that I had a program that would keep these recipes more easily. I created a new note, added a Category "Recipes" and the SubCategory "Breads" and then copied my information into the note with an appropriate heading. Voila! I can now find any recipe that I want in this program. And print it out if desired!
